What these terms cover
The CaptiveWiFi Standard Terms set out the contractual relationship between ClubWizard Limited and venues using the CaptiveWiFi platform, including:
- Provision and use of the CaptiveWiFi guest WiFi and captive portal service
- Subscription plans, billing and cancellation
- Data protection responsibilities for guest data collected via the platform
- Acceptable use, service availability and support
- Liability, warranties and termination
Who the terms apply to
These terms apply to hospitality operators and other businesses that sign up for CaptiveWiFi, whether on the free Starter plan, the Growth plan, or an Enterprise agreement. Guests connecting to venue WiFi are covered by the acceptable use policy shown at the point of login.
